JellieFish Productions Squad Contract

This agreement ("Agreement") is made and entered into by and between JellieFish Productions ("Company") and the Member ("Member") whose name is confirmed above, collectively referred to as the "Parties."

Obligations of the Member

Professionalism

The Member shall perform their DJ services with professionalism and skill.

Event Requirements

The Member shall arrive at the event venue on time and be prepared to perform.

Following Guidelines

The Member shall adhere to any guidelines or instructions provided by the Company regarding the performance.

Presentation

During each event, the DJ must be fully present, and phone calls/texting while on the job should be held to a minimum. Texting at length needs to be done away from the DJ booth. We are creating the party and if we are staring at our phones, it doesn’t represent what we are about and what the client has paid for.

Social Presence

The DJ must start and maintain a social media presence, mainly on Instagram (TikTok encouraged), that represents the JellieFish brand. Tagging venues (Our company) and any other vendors that help us is a must.

Event Coverage

Failure to take photos, post Instagram stories, and have a social media presence that represents you and JellieFish accordingly will result in fewer gigs and booking opportunities. You have a fantastic brand behind you. Take advantage of it and have fun!

Obligations of the Company

Payment

The Company shall pay the Member promptly within 7 business days of each performance.

Equipment

The Company shall provide any necessary equipment or materials required for the performance, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Term and Termination

This Agreement shall commence upon signing and shall continue until terminated by either party with 14 days' written notice.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Michigan.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral.
